Chris has helped me troubleshoot and fix issues very quickly without nickel and dimeing me for shipping fees of items that need to be tuned or fixed.
Chris at CABMotorworks is the best, he did countless repairs on my Falcon, never charged me any labor fees. Great Company, they stand behind their product.
It is so good 👍
We ordered a recon replacement controller for a cabmotorworks bike we're working on in our shop and it came in no time at all and was already programmed for the specific bike and ready to hookup. The owner chris from cabmotorworks took the time out of his day to personally help me out over the phone and walk me through pairing the controller with the app on my phone and diagnosing some issues i had after installation, come to find out the motor was bad as well so we ordered a new upgraded motor through them as well and are waiting for it now. Here at Rail Trail Ebikes we would definitely recommend CabMotorWorks and chris for any bike parts or information regarding the parts or bikes they sell. Theyve been 100% on point with every transaction weve had with them. 5 star review
It was a whole different install. Wires were semi tight and took some work to get it all in. But so far it works perfectly. It seems a little exposed under the seat, but several days riding it hard, there has not been any issues.
