Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances can change. You have the freedom to cancel your bike order within 24 hours of placing it. However, please note the following terms:

 

If you decide to cancel your bike order after the initial 24-hour period, a 35% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Rest assured, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the sale. Keep in mind that the time it takes to process refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Returns:

We only accept returns for electric bikes that arrive damaged or defective. If your bike arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support at info@cabmotorworks.com
